Finding the door
Bcuttery is a private studio, not a storefront on a strip — there is no barber pole to look for. The exact address and door instructions are sent with your booking confirmation, and again in the reminder text the day before.
Park in the lot and come to the studio door at your appointment time, not early. Arriving twenty minutes ahead usually means twenty minutes in the car — the chair is still occupied.

Before you book
Do you take walk-ins?
No — Bcuttery is by appointment only. Same-day openings do appear on theCut when someone reschedules, so check there before assuming there is nothing.
How far ahead should I book?
Weekday mornings usually open up a few days out. Friday evenings and Saturdays go one to two weeks ahead. Rebooking at the chair is the reliable way to keep a regular slot.
What if I need to cancel?
Twenty-four hours' notice moves your deposit to the new appointment. Inside that window it is forfeited — a late cancellation is a slot that stays empty.
Can I book two people back to back?
Yes. With two chairs you can often book both at the same time — otherwise take consecutive slots, so each gets its own consult and finish.
Do you cut women's hair?
Yes. The scissor cut, color, gray blend and blowout services are not gendered — book by what the hair needs, not by the label.
